Now slowly, raise your shoulders in a curling movement towards your knees as far as possible. After this, return to the original position by retaining tension on your abs.

 Leg Raises

Start this exercise by lying flat on your back with your legs in a straight manner in front of you. Place your hands sideward for support. Now, using your lower abdominal muscles, raise your legs until they are perpendicular to the floor. Now slowly return your legs to the starting position. Perform 15-20 reps.

Toe-touches

Keep your legs straightened in front of you and keep your hands by your side, lie down on the floor on your back. Now, lift your legs up as high as possible. Next, lift your shoulders and both arms and try to reach your hands towards your toes. After this, return back slowly to the original position.
